Every new profile is checked before it becomes visible to clients. You submit the diplomas and certificates from your psychotherapy training. Korak reserves the right to decline or suspend profiles that do not meet the platform's standards.

The therapist must keep client information fully confidential, in line with the law and the ethical standards of the profession. The therapist is solely responsible for keeping their professional qualifications and licences valid, and confirms that every document submitted is authentic. If clients raise complaints about conduct, professionalism or quality of service, Korak may look into the case and, where justified, suspend or permanently remove the profile.
