Delete your Korak account
You can delete your Korak account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent — we cannot restore an account once it has been removed.
Delete from inside the app
- Open the Korak app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.
Don't have the app installed?
Email us from the address linked to your Korak account and we'll process the deletion within 30 days.
Request account deletion
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, photo, contact details, preferences)
- Messages and chat history
- Session bookings and therapy requests
- Saved payment cards and payment records
- Uploaded documents, IDs and credentials (for therapists)
- Search history and account activity
- Authentication data (email, phone, Google identity link)
What we may retain
- Anonymous, aggregated usage analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
- Records we are legally required to keep (for example, invoices and tax records) for the period required by law. These records are not used for any other purpose and are deleted once the retention period ends.
