Korak connects clients with licensed psychotherapists. If something isn't working, you have a question about your account or a booking, or you'd like to report an issue with a therapist, we're here. Email us and a real person will get back to you.

Frequently asked questions

I can't sign in — what should I do?
Korak supports Sign in with Apple, Google, email codes, and phone codes. Make sure you're using the same method you signed up with. If you signed in with Apple or Google, use that same button — switching methods will create a new account. If the code email or SMS isn't arriving, check your spam folder, wait a minute, and request a new code. Still stuck? Email support@korak.to from the address on your account.
How do I book a session with a therapist?
Open the app, choose Find a therapist, filter by language, location, price and availability, and tap a therapist to view their profile. From there you can request a session. The therapist will accept or decline within 48 hours; you'll see the status on your Requests tab.
How do payments work?
You're charged when a therapist accepts your request — not when you submit it. If the therapist declines or doesn't respond within 48 hours, no charge is made. All prices are in EUR and set by the therapist. If a payment fails or you're charged incorrectly, email support@korak.to with the date and therapist name and we'll investigate.
Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
You can cancel a pending request directly from the Requests tab in the app before the therapist accepts. Once a session has been accepted, contact the therapist through the app to reschedule. Cancellation and refund policies are set by each therapist.
I'm a therapist — how do I get approved?
After completing the therapist registration wizard (7 steps including credentials and proof of qualifications), your profile enters review. We typically approve new therapists within 3 business days. Until you're approved, your profile won't appear in client searches, but you can keep editing it. If review is taking longer than expected, email support@korak.to with your registered email address.
How do I report a therapist or another user?
Email support@korak.to with the therapist's name and a description of what happened. We take complaints seriously and review every report. Korak's role is to connect clients with therapists — the therapeutic relationship and any clinical complaints are between you and the licensed professional, but we will act on safety, conduct, and Terms of Service violations.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. Deletion is permanent. Full details — including what gets deleted and what we may retain for legal reasons — are on the account deletion page.
What languages does Korak support?
The app is available in English, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian and Montenegrin. You can change language at any time from your profile.
Is Korak a medical service?
No. Korak is a booking marketplace that connects you with independent, licensed psychotherapists. Korak does not provide medical or psychological care itself, does not employ the therapists, and is not a substitute for emergency services. If you're in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
